Our Purpose
The Welfare Department exists to empower, uplift, and protect our members during all seasons of life. Whether through emotional support, community care, or assistance in times of need, we ensure that no one in our Kokwet family walks alone. Our mission is simple yet powerful — to advocate for the rights and welfare of our members, provide social and emotional support, and strengthen the bonds that make Kokwet NSW a true home away from home.

Member Care & Support
Offering comfort and assistance during times of illness, bereavement, or hardship.
Community Empowerment
Creating platforms for members to connect, share, and support each other through welfare programs and outreach activities.
Advocacy & Partnerships
Working with local organizations, partners, and stakeholders to ensure our members have access to the resources and opportunities they need.
Beneficiary Support
Extending welfare benefits to members’ listed beneficiaries, ensuring that families and dependents are also cared for.
